REIKI LEVEL 1
Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is the foundation of the Reiki path, inviting presence, connection, and embodied awareness. It offers a grounded introduction to bodywork and energy work through intuitive listening to the body’s subtle signals.
This training offers intuitive Reiki within a clear, trauma-sensitive and nervous-system-aware framework.
What you’ll learn & experience
- History and principles of Reiki according to original founder Dr. Usui Mikao
- A foundational understanding of what Reiki is and how it works
- The art of conscious, attuned touch
- The five Reiki principles as an inner orientation and daily practice
- Demonstration and extensive practical experience of Reiki treatments (self-treatment and treating others)
- Learning the foundations of nervous system regulation, anchoring yourself and staying present during activation
- Offering nervous-system-informed sessions
- The Reiki Level 1 attunement & certification (Shoden), supporting your connection to Reiki
- Location with beautiful sea view

- seeking an embodied, ethical and nervous-system-aware introduction to Reiki
No prior experience is required.
